9.1.2.Application Approval: We do not guarantee the approval of insurance applications or the specific terms of any policy, as these determinations are made solely by the issuing carrier based on their underwriting guidelines.
9.1.3.Client Obligations: We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your failure to:
9.1.3.1.Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application process.
9.1.3.2.Comply with carrier-specific requirements or conditions.
9.1.3.3.Make timely payments to maintain active coverage.

9.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims, damages, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us for services within the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1.Company may have access to Client’s Confidential Information in providing their services. We are committed to safeguarding any non-public information shared by clients during the course of our services. All the confidential information will be handled in compliance with applicable Laws, and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill our obligations to you and third-party carriers.
11.1.We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Any personal information associated with your account will be collected, processed, stored, and shared strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.1. We grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use its services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Service.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE CONTENT OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OF OUR SERVICES. AS A BROKERAGE, WE FACILITATE ACCESS TO INSURANCE PRODUCTS FROM THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR TERMS, PERFORMANCE, OR ACTIONS.
CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW POLICY DOCUMENTS AND CONSULT WITH LICENSED BROKERS. USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON OUR SERVICES OR INFORMATION.
19.1.Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, cyberattacks, or any other events that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.
